We get what's seasonally available from registered local Lyme Bay fishermen in Lyme Regis, Bridport, Beer, Charmouth, Seaton and Sidmouth. Brown Crab and Lobster, plenty of flapping Dover Sole, Plaice and nice stiff Mackerel as well as new and old favourites such as Dabs, Whiting and Pollack, to name a few sustainable varieties.

We only sell dived scallops( from the same diver that supplies Jamie Oliver's restaurants).

Being fairly close to Brixham and Newlyn fish markets, we receive daily deliveries from both. Cracking fresh natural smoked haddock and kippers come from Hull and Whitby.
